Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Bighorn Plumbing | Northern Nevada
Part-Time & Full-Time | Career Opportunity

Bighorn Plumbing is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Our CSR is often the first impression a customer has of Bighorn , so we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently on the phone, and understands how important every customer interaction is.

ServiceTitan experience is required.

What We're Looking For

The right person will:

• Have previous ServiceTitan experience
• Provide exceptionally friendly and professional phone service
• Be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and positively
• Listen to customers, ask the right questions, and help move calls toward booking
• Accurately document customer and job information in ServiceTitan
• Be organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Follow established processes while also recognizing when something needs attention
• Take ownership and follow through
• Work well with technicians, dispatch, management, and other office team members
• Be dependable, punctual, and accountable
• Be comfortable receiving feedback and continually improving

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, professional attitude
• Book and schedule service appointments
• Make outbound customer and follow-up calls
• Enter and maintain accurate information in ServiceTitan
• Document customer conversations and job details thoroughly
• Help coordinate scheduling and communication between customers and the field team
• Follow up on leads and open opportunities promptly
• Assist with customer questions and concerns
• Complete assigned office and customer-service tasks
• Support the team wherever needed to create an excellent customer experience

Required Qualifications

• ServiceTitan experience
• Previous customer service, call center, dispatch, or home-service office experience
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to stay positive and composed in a busy environment
• Reliable attendance and strong follow-through
