Why this role matters

\n

This isn’t a traditional sales role—it’s an opportunity to help expand access to advanced cardiac imaging that is reshaping how cardiovascular disease is diagnosed and managed.

\n

Jubilant Radiopharmaceuticals is in a period of rapid growth, driven by strong demand for cardiac PET imaging. As clinical adoption accelerates across the U.S., we are expanding our sales team to support a newly designed territory across the Western region. This role sits at the center of that growth—connecting providers, advancing clinical practice, and helping bring innovative diagnostics to more patients.

\n

\n

What makes this opportunity different

\n

You’ll inherit a territory built for growth—not maintenance. With strong clinical momentum, untapped markets, and a realignment designed to balance opportunity, this is a chance to build something meaningful and see the direct impact of your work.

\n

\n

Success here doesn’t come from volume—it comes from strategic selling, long-term relationship building, and identifying high-potential opportunities others might miss.

\n

\n

What you’ll do

\n
    \n
  • Own and grow a large, multi-state territory (including AZ, CO, UT, NM, with potential expansion)
  • \n
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on high-value accounts and long-term pipeline development
  • \n
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities using data, market insights, and customer intelligence
  • \n
  • Build trusted relationships with cardiologists, imaging centers, hospital systems, and clinical stakeholders
  • \n
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving capital equipment, contracting, and pricing discussions
  • \n
  • Collaborate with internal teams (applications, clinical, and leadership) to support customer adoption
  • \n
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting through CRM tools
  • \n
  • Represent Jubilant at industry events and strengthen brand presence in the region
  • \n
  • Travel approximately 50% to engage customers in person across a geographically diverse territory
  • \n
\n

\n

How success is defined

\n

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

\n
    \n
  • Think strategically about where to invest your time in a large, dispersed territory
  • \n
  • Use data, tools, and emerging technologies (including AI) to uncover hidden opportunities
  • \n
  • Build strong, authentic relationships that go beyond transactional selling
  • \n
  • Stay persistent through long sales cycles (12–18 months) and complex decision-making processes
  • \n
  • Balance high activity (field presence) with focused, insight-driven execution
  • \n
  • Take ownership of your territory like a business—planning, adapting, and driving results
  • \n
\n

\n

Top performers combine relationship-building skills with sharp commercial instincts and a data-driven mindset.

\n

\n

What you bring

\n
    \n
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales
  • \n
  • Experience with complex or capital sales cycles (preferred)
  • \n
  • Strong track record of managing large territories and achieving sales targets
  • \n
  • Ability to navigate hospital systems and engage clinical stakeholders
  • \n
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and using data to guide decisions
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field
  • \n
\n

Nice to have:

\n
    \n
  • Background in imaging, cardiology, or nuclear medicine
  • \n
  • Experience selling into outpatient or diagnostic settings
  • \n
\n

\n

Why join Jubilant Radiopharmaceuticals

\n
    \n
  • Be part of a growing organization at the forefront of nuclear medicine
  • \n
  • Work alongside a collaborative, high-performing sales team where success is shared
  • \n
  • Contribute to a field that directly improves patient outcomes
  • \n
  • Competitive base salary and uncapped incentive plan
  • \n
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, disability, and retirement programs
  • \n
  • Tools and support to succeed, including training, clinical expertise, and sales enablement resources
  • \n
\n

\n

Our culture

\n

We’re a small, tight-knit team that values collaboration, accountability, and mutual respect. You’ll work with colleagues who support each other, share knowledge, and are genuinely invested in doing meaningful work—both for our customers and for patients.

\n

\n
