In this exciting role, you'll deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests in the beautiful town of Kemah, TX. Responsibilities: Greet and seat customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Requirements: Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid food handler's permit.
